Important Dates/Deadlines/Information:

1. New Student Registration opens January 29, 2024.

2. Deadline to submit online and hard copy enrollment forms is two weeks from the date you receive the Confirmation Email from MBTA staff. (Step 2).

3. If you miss your two week window to submit online and hard copy enrollment forms, please complete the online APPLICATION ONLY AGAIN to initiate another two week submission window.

4. If you are not able to obtain a completed Form 14 (Student Health Record) from your child's current physician by your designated deadline, you may submit a Dr.’s confirmed appointment card in its place. Registration will not be complete until MBTA receives a copy of the completed and signed Form 14.

5. New Student Registration closes on April 24, 2024 at 2:00PM.

6. Waitlist sign up will open May 1, 2024 for both Elementary (K-6) and Secondary (7-12) programs and will close May 8, 2024, 2:00PM for Elementary, and May 31, 2024, at 2:00PM for Secondary.

7. A public lottery drawing will be held on May 13, 2024 at 10:00AM in Room 220 for Elementary and June 3, 2024 at 10:00AM in Room 220 for Secondary, to establish the waitlist order.

8. The waitlist period will end the day prior to the first day of the new school year.

9. Waitlisted students that are not enrolled with MBTA by the first day of the new school year will receive official notification that the waitlist period has closed and are required to enroll in another educational institution.

10. Remember to check your email account frequently (including your SPAM folder) for communication from MBTA.
